Happy Mothers Day!
At the moment, we are in Opua and I have just finished doing the washing.
It is raining off and on and it is very hard to just relax and have a nice, sunny day.
The visitors facilities revery expensive and we might run out of cash soon.
I hope that everybody is having a good mothers day!
Next week Brian is going come to Opua and we are boing to sail to New Caledonia! I promise I will update from there.

Great to hear from you again, Iris. Thank you for keeping in touch with the ‘stay-at-homes’. Phoebe and Rudolf are dying to know how you fill your days when you are not sailing. Wonderful to hear that you caught a schnapper. Do you have many other families staying on the Opua marina?
I guess Mum and Dad are busy doing technical boat work ready for the big sail. How exciting!

Hi Iris… great to hear from you! What an adventure sailing to New Caledonia and good that you’ll have another pair of hands. Hope you’re enjoying the Bay of Islands.. it’s one of my favourite places … even better than Paris or Rome or anywhere else I’ve been. Have fun little bear. Keep posting. Lots of love Granny Barbara xxxx

We might have to start a give-a-little page for you 😉 How do you do the washing on a boat?
